Return Policy:

I do not accept returns or exchanges. I consider each skein of yarn a unique and  individual piece of art. Although I do create repeatable colorways, no two skeins will ever be the same. Alternating skeins is always recommended.

Product Photography:

It is my ultimate goal when photographing my yarn to get the most accurate representation possible of each colorway. I use a high quality camera, outside in natural daylight. Your yarn will appear differently behind every screen, every camera lens, in person and in different light settings. Each photo posted on my website is a representation of that colorway, expect your yarn to differ slightly depending on your surroundings.  

International Orders:

International orders are welcome worldwide! As the buyer, you are fully responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may occur after your items have shipped. 

Shipping:

If you are purchasing yarn marked "Ready to Ship" please allow 24-48 hours for your yarn to reach the post office.
